What Music to Play at Setsubun, the Turn of the Season

I had always assumed that Setsubun fell on February 3rd, but Setsubun, which literally means "seasonal division," falls on the day before Risshun (the first day of spring), so when Risshun shifts, Setsubun shifts along with it.

Apparently, this year Setsubun falls today, on February 2nd.

Risshun signals the arrival of spring, but it is also customary that the cold truly sets in around that time each year. In fact, next week's forecast for the Tokyo area suggests the cold will become even more severe.
