Ship Your Product
Send your product to our support center. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will provide packing instructions.
Inspection & Estimate
We will inspect your product and provide a repair estimate. Repairs begin only after your approval.
Repair Complete & Return
After repair, we conduct a thorough quality check and carefully package your product for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Periodic Inspection Service
3 Years Maintenance Service (3YMS)
An inspection service for products beyond the 3-year warranty period. We examine the internal condition and perform maintenance as needed. We recommend periodic inspections to ensure long-lasting performance.
