Letters from Our Valued Customers: "Speakers in Every Room"

Life with sound is quietly expanding.

M's System has many customers who could be called "multi-users."

This might be somewhat unusual in the traditional audio world.

This is because typical audio enthusiasts often enjoy exploring differences by moving from brand to brand—if they buy a speaker from Company A, next they try Company B, and eventually move on to Company C's products.

However, at M's System, customers who make their first purchase very often go on to acquire multiple units of different models or for different purposes.

We believe this is because they deeply resonate not simply with "differences in sound quality," but with "the comfort of living with sound."

A Letter from Mr. T in Saitama

Recently, we received an email from Mr. T, who lives in Saitama.

He used his Obon holiday to install M's System speakers in various rooms throughout his home.

He joyfully shared this experience with us, complete with photographs.

In the living room: the MS1001-M Maple Model, connected to his TV and turntable.

In his home office: the Chouette, an amplifier-integrated model and senior to the Chocolat.

And in the bedroom: the Vanilla.

He has beautifully implemented M's System's proposed concept of "room-by-room, purpose-specific sound placement."

Moreover, regarding the Vanilla in his bedroom, he reported that "I fell asleep around the second song..."—a perfect testament to our sound-for-sleep speaker.

For us, there could be no more delightful message.

Life with sound eventually becomes "indispensable"

Once you experience living surrounded by naturally spreading omnidirectional sound, you can no longer return to sound that comes "from a single direction."

This is a common realization shared by many of our valued customers.

Therefore, rather than switching between brands and models, a lifestyle has naturally taken root among M's System users—one where they select the optimal model for each living scenario within the same sonic worldview, sharing comfort throughout their homes.

We will continue to introduce the wonderful sound-filled lifestyles of these "multi-user" customers.
