An amplifier sits between your source and the speaker. Please place the amplifier and source indoors, where rain cannot reach them.

What you will need
- Amplifier (sold separately) An amplifier is required for playback. Please install it indoors.
- Audio source (sold separately) A smartphone or music player.
- Speaker cable (sold separately) Please prepare a length suited to the distance to the installation point.
How to connect
- 01Switch the amplifier off and turn the volume all the way down.
- 02Using speaker cable, connect the amplifier's speaker terminals to the terminals on the back of the speaker. Match red (+) and black (−) on both channels.
- 03Connect your source to the amplifier, switch on, and raise the volume gradually.
This model is treated to resist moisture and mould for outdoor use. It is not waterproof. It cannot be used where rain falls directly on it, or in a bathroom, so please install it under eaves where rain cannot reach. The amplifier and source are not designed for outdoor use. Please install them indoors, out of the rain. If you would like hook fittings for suspension, we can supply them for an additional ¥5,500 (incl. tax).
