This is a guide about the placement of M's System speakers.

In our daily customer service, we explain:
"Sound spreads 360° from the speaker center—up, down, left, right, front, and back—so you can place it in your preferred position and listen from anywhere you like, without being restricted by placement or listening location."
However, there are still some placement locations and methods that are not suitable for M's System speakers.

We sometimes receive inquiries from customers such as:
"The sound feels quieter than I expected,"
"The sound seems muffled," or "The left and right volume seems different."
When we discuss these issues, we often find that the placement location is the cause, and the problem is resolved once it's addressed.

In practice, following our initial explanation, we continue:
"While sound is emitted from the entire body of the speaker, if the sides of the speaker are blocked, you won't be able to fully experience the sound's expansiveness. Therefore, please install the speaker in a location where you can secure as much space as possible on the left and right sides."

For example, we recommend installing in locations where the left and right spaces are not blocked by shelves, pillars, walls, beams, etc.
If it's difficult to secure left and right space, we also recommend placing the speaker diagonally in a corner of the room so that the left and right spaces remain open.

If your current installation doesn't provide sufficient space on the left and right sides of the speaker, we believe you can experience even greater sound expansiveness than before, so please consider reviewing your placement location.
